You are publishing a sync-enabled feature service with the None sync version creation option enabled, and the branch versioned data in the map does not have replica tracking enabled. If you intend to use this feature service in a bidirectional collaboration between ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online, your collaboration will fail if you do not enable replica tracking on the data before publishing.
The count in the warning message indicates how many branch versioned layers in your map do not have replica tracking enabled.
Solutions
- If you will not use this feature service in a bidirectional collaboration, you don't have to do anything.
- If you will use this feature service in a bidirectional collaboration, enable replica tracking before publishing the feature service. Run the Enable Replica Tracking geoprocessing tool on all the branch versioned datasets in the map.
You need to close the project or remove the layers from the map before you can run the Enable Replica Tracking tool; their presence in the map causes the feature classes to be locked, which blocks the tool from adding the fields it needs to the feature class.
