Explicit Type Conversion Operator

Allow explicit casting of a MapPoint to a Coordinate3D.

Syntax

public Coordinate3D operator explicit( 
   MapPoint point
)

Public Operator Narrowing CType( _
   ByVal point As MapPoint _
) As Coordinate3D

point: MapPoint instance whose X, Y and Z values will be used as the X, Y and Z values of the Coordinate3D respectively.
