Gets a value indicating whether disjoint subnetworks are supported in this tier.

Remarks

A disjoint subnetwork contains at least one subnetwork controller that is untraversable from its other subnetwork controllers. If disjoint subnetworks exist and are not supported, calling Update will result in an error.
