Explicit Type Conversion Operator

Allow explicit casting of a MapPoint to a Coordinate2D.

Syntax

public Coordinate2D operator explicit( 
   MapPoint point
)

Public Operator Narrowing CType( _
   ByVal point As MapPoint _
) As Coordinate2D

point: MapPoint instance whose X and Y values will be used as the X and Y value of the Coordinate2D respectively.
