Summary
Creates a raster object where each pixel contains the value in an argument list that is at a certain level of popularity.

The referenced raster dataset for the raster object is temporary. To make it permanent, you can call the raster object's save method.
Syntax
Popularity (popularity_raster, rasters, {extent_type}, {cellsize_type}, {process_as_multiband})
