Gets the DAML tooltip content property of this TrayButton.

Remarks

This is an optional property.

It is unused by the internal TrayButton code, if ButtonType is TrayButtonType.PopupToggleButton.

It is used by the internal TrayButton code (when present) if ButtonType is not TrayButtonType.PopupToggleButton.
