Install the ArcGIS Data Interoperability extension

The ArcGIS Data Interoperability extension gives you access to hundreds of supported formats which include GIS, CAD, raster, databases and web formats, and provides access to the FME application suite. To install the Data Interoperability extension for ArcGIS Pro, first download the extension from My Esri. After you complete the download, you can install the software.

ArcGIS Data Interoperability for ArcGIS Pro supports a per machine (all users) installation or a per-user installation. A per-machine installation allows any user to run ArcGIS Pro on the computer on which it is installed. A per-user installation allows only the user who installs it to run the application. When you install the ArcGIS Data Interoperability extension, the installation type automatically matches the core ArcGIS Pro application.
