You can update many report properties that are designated during the creation of a report. These include the following:
- Report name
- Data source and row filtering
- Grouping and sorting
- Page setup
To update the report properties, complete the following steps:
- Right-click the name of the report in the Contents pane or Catalog pane and click Properties.
- Change the available properties on any of the property tabs.
- General—Name
- Metadatda—Title, tags, summary, description, credits, and use limitations
- Source—Data source and row filtering
- Grouping and Sorting—Define new or additional grouping and sorting or clear all
- Page Setup—Page size, units, orientation, and margins
- Color Management—Color model and color profiles
- Click OK to apply the changes.
